Its an unimpressing city compared to its neighboring countries. Most of it is pretty uninteresting and boring. Traffic is horribly abysmal, transportation is loathsome. Weather is so dry that it looks depressing. It’s basically 1/5 of California. Oh, and good luck trying not to get scammed there. There are only a few gems like Barranco or Miraflores but thats only to name a few.[/quote]
