I don’t think your comment is fair based on results. Please tell me how they scored 53 goals during league play without being able to pass and receive.

FYI, the best player on VDA 09s is a FCV import. Both CC and BP developed her and was with them from U12 and up.

This is the most worn out (at least top 5, if not the most) overused "defence" here if a poster has nothing else. These kids want to be "high level", yeah?

If you want to be amongst the best, then expect criticism of how you play. Not everyone is equally good at everything.  Some are naturally better at reading a game,  think faster, or just physically better.  Some work harder to be better.

It does not mean a kid isn't a wonderful human being. It doesn't mean they aren't trying their hardest.  They may be a maths genius,  or very talented musician or the like. They simply may not be as aren't as good as others in some area of life.

Wrong. Not sure why you don’t understand CC does not coach any teams under U17. And trust me when I say parents know their kid is are not Superstars. Not a single parent thinks that. Not one. The 09 and 08 parents are mostly upset about how CC and the Club has done very little about recruitment. One Advisor quit and seemed more P2P while the new one came too late. While advocacy is not the most important part of recruitment, having a coach or Advisor that reaches out to schools and sells its players is a major boost. VRSC is the last place to be if you think your kid is a superstar or any Mid Atlantic South GA Club for that matter.

VRSC and GA as a whole is the place you want to be if your child does not see much playing time for ECNL clubs. If your kid is not a star in ECNL or on not a starter on a ECNL Finals caliber team, you should stop thinking about P4 now. Sure there are some good GA outliers but that is few and far between. ECNL>GA. Some families are stuck with VRSC for various reasons and ECNL is not in the cards. Almost all players could not make VDA roster. Some families can't drive to Mclean or Arlington three or four days a week. And then you have tolls and traffic.

BP and AS have a major part in getting kids to good D1 schools. Can't tell me otherwise. Don't act like VDA and VRSC are on the same level when it comes to how much harder BP/AS advocate for players. It absolutely makes a difference. I know for a 100% fact. I would recommend VDA any minute of the day to up coming player families without hesitation. [/quote] the older vda teams had eyes on them and were solid BEFORE our savior BP showed up.  Those kids worked hard and were talented pre  BP.  I will say he has a knack for identifying kids with “motion” / branding / attention and wooing them to VDA. Makes sense as there is less work to do when getting them in front of coaches. Pretty much a layup. While the kids prior club team falls apart. Pretty smart guy imo. 2 birds 1 stone.

BPs true teat will be the U16 and below. He picked up some fools gold from vrsc and instagram on a certain team and lost some talent w the younger teams. I think the age change will help in these situations. But im really curious to see if he can pull it off again and woo players from other clubs in the younger teams.  He will be goated if so.

I wonder if you are that crazy VDA parent I was talking about and not to be confused with the respectful ones. Sure the team was decent before BP but it would not be what it is now without both the USYNT FCV and Brave implants, the player that came from NVA and the other forward.

I actually thought it was great at the time. The team got hot when it needed too. That was the same year NVA had the best record in ECNL and got cold at the playoffs. Regardless, take away those players I mentioned as well as newer players and VDA finishes behind Arlington, if not Union as well.

Maybe at TSJ but not at VDA. Decent is an understatement.  His true test will be with the younger teams. And clearly if he passes it wont be through development but through outside club acquisitions. VDA has always been the bar for talent in the region. His addition helps but please dont make it sound like the club needed saving. Thats disrespectful to the talent it already had.
