This was just a short hearing trying to get her sprung. Lots more to come out it seems. Government only showed hand as much as needed to keep her behind bars. The 2nd passport was pretty damning on the flight risk point. The thought that the child could have walked in on the scene at any time is horrifying, she was a part of the alibi, it seems. but this all could have gone down with her OUT of the house.
