I recall something about the ceiling height being higher of Toll finishes the basement. Unfinished is either 8 or 9 feet height but when they do it, they raise it to 9 or 10 (can’t remember which). [/quote]

don't forget that if you get the finished bedroom in the basement, will need to also purchase the window well option for $3500.  We didn't see any options for raising the basement height as part of structural options and didn't think to ask.

We didn’t know about the extra height basement option (our basement is unfinished) but we did purchase the window well option ($3,500).  Hopefully that includes the extra height basement.[/quote]
