That may be me.  I actually do know him and I completely believe he should go to jail for his bad acts.

Here's why:
1) He should not have had the gun because the gun was not called for in the scene that was being rehearsed, 
2) he should not have taken the gun from someone who was not the armorer, 
3) he should not have pointed the gun at people, and 
4) he should not have pulled the trigger on the gun.

Alec Baldwin should be brought up on criminal charges and thrown into jail, and the family of the dead woman and the people who were shot should sue him for every penny he has and will ever have.[/quote]
