Wasn't it his production company? He didn't just have a vanity producer credit. So he might be liable for criminal negligence. He had crewmembers walk off set the week before due to unsafe working conditions. He will end up in civil court and will be sued. So he was ultimately responsible and he wasn't doing his job.[/quote]
