I think the economic fallout is something moderates from both parties cannot stomach. I think they will write something that says “portions of border wall” or somesuch and bring it to vote. The president needs a way out. If it has the word “wall” in it, he will take it.[/quote]

Agree. Trump’s poll numbers are slipping. And the economic fallout is becoming g apparent. They’ll likely have a deal in a couple of days to avoid another missed paycheck.  I’m not trying to be ugly (truly) but Trump supporters in general aren’t very bright. It will be easy for Trump to convince them he won. [/quote]
Hallelujah!  He will never dare let them go without Food Stamps, or his rich buddies lose money because of the shut down! (Well, all this is pointless as he is under orders,imo....)And yes, they have short term memory issues, heck any kind of memory. They think democrats caused this shutdown!?[/quote]
