Totally agree. These people arguing ignorantly that property values don’t affect them have never lived in areas decimated by a general decline in property values. You don’t need to look that far away to see the dynamics from the rust belt a couple decades ago.

But hey, she said she couldn’t care less, and that probably extends to even getting a beginner’s understanding of the negative impact on her coveted social equity platforms.

Why on earth do you think the move from Oakton to Skyview is going to DECIMATE your property value? You sound insane. Look at the houses for sale in this general area? They are all still high. Unless you bought your house in the past 2-3 years, your house has gone up SIGNIFICANTLY in value no matter where you live.[/quote]
