It'd be interesting to know when they reported that shots were fired. That Idiot who shot and killed the driver is most likely a sociopath. He holsters his gun immediately and calmly walks toward the vehicle. Meaning that he knows he probably killed her and is acting like he just took a piss at a urinal and is zipping up his pants.

As an aside, if there was so much danger, why did none of the other ICE seasonal employees draw their weapons when the one moron overreacted? In fact, why did none of the ICE seasonal employees run over to the car to make sure this dangerous woman was incapacitated?

This shooter, who was in no imminent danger, shot at a moving vehicle on a street with numerous people standing around, including in the direction of the person walking next to him, who was filming him while he was filming the passenger side of the SUV.[/quote]
