Here comes the... "He left for family reasons, to spend more time with his wife and kids" like he hasn't been married for 10+ years and has older kids. People don't just up and leave their career to spend more time with family all of a sudden during a season. Let's be real

Coaches leave because they aren't give a the authority they think they deserve, the choice of coaching a team they developed, the backing of the director, the pay or all of the above. At HYS... It could be all of those things[/quote]
