Wow this is an iconic dress I am very familiar with but I didn't recognize it on Ivanka because she made it look basic and tacky.

I do not think it suits her body type, in particular. She is too busty for it. Also I haven't seen a single photo where Ivanka is working the overskirt properly -- in the stair photo I thought it was just a regular ballgown. Elsewhere you can see the underskirt but it makes her look wide and awkward instead of elegant. I think her jewelry is tacky and it looks so much better with the white gloves here. I also think the Grace Kelly hair with the Audrey Hepburn dress is way to cosplay and she should have either done something more interesting with her hair and makeup to freshen this up or worn another dress altogether.[/quote]
