Welcome to the 21st century! Did you just wake up and miss the whole part about the internet? Computers and the internet have made stuffy old office buildings obsolete for white-collar workers. You're trying to sell us a 19th century innovation from when horses and buggies were also still around.

It's because employers themselves have recognized that they don't need all that useless office space anymore. So go scream at corporate tenants for downshifting their office footprints instead of blaming the rank-and-file for not buying enough sandwiches.[/quote]
