They do not have to be out. They can send people to get things fir them, so why are they out when they know their photo will be taken? Because they want their photo taken!

This reminds me of Daily Mail taking Ivanka’s photo every day when she left her house. That photographer could not have been there without secret service permission so obviously Ivanka wanted her photo taken. And she would wave at the photographer and/or look right at the camera as she got into the government car. Eye rolls all around. [/quote]
