Poverty / poor areas: POC have systematically been able to generate less wealth than white Americans for various reasons, including predatory mortgage practices. Escaping poor areas is harder because of lower quality education. Etc. Police brutality: POC are systematically, to put it one way, given less “benefit of the doubt” when they encounter the police. Fear: given the above, would you not be afraid?? The list goes on. Do you me homework. [/quote]
