Teachers teach 4 in person groups in 4 days. [/quote] For elementary, I think you’re thinking of the old plan. Under the current elementary plan, each class and their teacher goes in two days a week. Each in-school day, the class is split in half and put in two different rooms, and the classroom teacher and an aide switch off between the two rooms throughout the day. The other two days, the whole class will do distance learning with the teacher. This means elementary classroom teachers are only in the building twice a week. Aides may be in the building four days a week, though, depending on how many they have.[/quote]
