Seriously.  [b]What are these people even trained to do?  [/b]My teenager could have restrained this guy.  Maybe they shouldn’t have guns.  I don’t understand why they need them since we already have local and federal law enforcement officers than can assist in apprehending criminals, who are actually trained to do so without killing anyone.[/quote]
