My kid had similar accomplishments and was waitlisted 11 years ago. National Spelling Bee, member of JHU-SET for receiving 800 Math score on SAT at 11, national writing awards, national Spanish awards, MATHCOUNTS awards, national history day award, excellent cello player, Robotics competition awards, 4.0 GPA, 99th percentile on the admissions test etc. etc. [/quote]
