Not so much whether Elite or bottom but that all similar teams should be in the same bracket. Maybe Arlington just feels that since it's their tournament, it'll make their parents feel better that the "White" team is so good that they are playing in the "Elite" bracket. There are definitely some teams in their bracket that should be much lower. Also a good way for them to guarantee better results. Looking at that overall age group it looks like some of the better teams in last year's tournament did not return.[/quote]
