No, learn to read. Sex offenders that are caught and treated as children are less likely to reoffend.
However, most child molesters are not caught until adulthood. Studies have been conducted. The average adult pedophile began sexually molesting other children at age 15.

I cannot say one way or the other if Josh learned anything from getting to hang out and build homes with a family friend for a summer. It sure doesn't sound like a punishment. Maybe that stern talking to and prayer with the church elders and family did change him. But I wouldn't let him near my children, ever.

If he was put in the juvenile justice or family services' programs, it would have been the same - removal from his immediate family and placement with friends or relatives or a foster family.  SAME DIFF.[/quote]
