"There will be more public parking than there is now." No. Not clear for the public, that there will be more spaces available to them after the ones reserved for residents of 150-200 apartments. No clarity yet on this at all.

"Public access will be as much after the site is finished as it is today." Kind of yes and kind of no. There will be retail fronting Conn ave --one could call that public access but its not quite accurate.
