Walter Reed physicians are not giving the test for fun or to test his IQ at age 79. My father had MOCA tests at Walter Reed, so I have been there when they were conducted and know the reasons why they are given and why they given multiple times. You'll need to understand that he is not looking fine. He trailed the Japanese PM like a confused puppy and had to be led in the correct direction. If you understood dementia, you would know this.
