Meh. She is a beautiful woman and her hair looks great here, but the dress is weird with that black zig zag which seems pointless and haphazard, and the choker is just bad. I can think of a lot of ways to fix this, it's not totally terrible, but as with her outfit for the swearing in, it's unnecessarily weird in a way that makes no sense.

Except for the choker, I think it's very nice. I don't love it and I think more effort could have been made for a memorable Inaugural dress, but she looks good. Really good for her age. She hasn't completely gone to town on her face with plastic surgery.[/quote]
