I don't know anything about landlord/tenant disputes, but the fact that James requested a jury trial (or was wanting to even engage in a lawsuit at all) certainly suggests that he had no concern about this being linked to his personal activities.[/quote]

They don’t want to move out of rental and are exercising rights under DC law. Completely unrelated and landlord filed months ago. Coincidental timing.

He was using identifiable emails to create Discord accounts to share csa images. So no, not too concerned seeming.[/quote]
