It is interesting that no one is talking about non-voluntary quarantine.  I posted earlier but my parents are old enough to remember when mandatory quarantines for basically common illnesses like strep were common -- because there were no antibiotics or vaccines, those things were deadly, and doctors were required to report to County Health, which then promptly smacked a quarantine notice on your door. I posted that about self-quarantine being voluntary.  I suppose the was a bit flip.  If you break the voluntary self-quarantine, then they can get a warrant and breaking quarantine would be a misdemeanor.  So far, mostly people have been complying or trying to comply.
