In this country we have the right to a fair trail and putting someone like that on the jury - head juror no less - taints the verdict. [/quote] The head juror doesn't really do much other than be the point person to communicate with the judge. If you have ever served on a jury, you would know this. They don't "sway" votes. Also, there is no evidence she lied during the jury selection process, and in fact, was upfront about her politics. That Stone's counsel didn't strike her is on them, and this on Stone.[/quote] Judge is tainted too.[/quote]
