I think it's the injury being pretty bad, which is about safety, and Shauna being out drinking until late and not reachable, which is about neglect. Those two were probably enough to move Deja for the night. There's probably more about what happened after Deja's first placement and Shauna's behavior, including the alluded to substance abuse we might see in future episodes.[/quote]
