Unless you're blessed with a coach that loves to proactively communicate and actually holds themselves accountable for the things they say, most families already live in a bubble of silence when it comes to their coach. That would be a non-starter and a sure-fire way to end up with more frustrated families. To be fair, all clubs need to make improvements to how they communicate with families and all coaches should be getting education, provided by the club, on what it means to be a coach aside from understanding soccer.
