During the course of the investigation of January 6 unauthorized and peaceful and saintly tours of the US Capital, Jack Smith wanted to see who Trump was talking to at the time.  So he got a warrant to examine "toll" records.  A warrant.  From a judge.  Who required a probably cause statement.  There was no tapping.  There was no spying.  If this were something, why aren't Hawley and crew waiving the warrant and affidavit of cause around?[/quote]
