He will gain some voters from people that want less illegal immigration, asylum seekers, and refugees. Immigration is one of the top issues that people mention regarding the 2024 election. Very few people are deciding who to vote for president based on gun control laws, so I doubt that will be the deciding factor. Democrats definitely have an edge on reproductive rights, which will help Biden. I think women's rights will likely be the deciding factor for a larger number of people in swing states than immigration. However,  the polls are close and it's possible that Trump could win.[/quote]
