Hopefully a jury will see this for what it is.... a prosecution as a result of the mob.  
And, the efforts of those who are trying to make Neely out to be some kind of hero (Al Sharpton, for one) will fail miserably.

There should actually be laws requiring these people, who are a danger to other citizens, to be locked up and not allowed to threaten innocent people. 
Daniel Penny should not have had to restrain and ultimately kill him.  This is not something that innocent people should have to live with because local authorities won't do their jobs to protect the public.  [/quote]
