I am SO glad someone mentioned this. I was a high school musical theatre geek back in the day when the original Fame movie came out.  I was obsessed with it. Icould not believe they performed "I Sing the Body Electric" at the Grammys. I literally felt like it was a dream, from Camilla Cabello, Cynde Lauper, the awesome guitar by Gary Clark, Jr., to the legendary Misty Copeland. Common!  The Debbie Allen Dancers! By the time Ben Platt came out, I was crying.  I wasn't familiar with War and Treaty but they were amazing.  I loved the performance so much. [/quote]

PP here.  I was a toddler whenever the Fame movie came out, so this was my first time hearing this song.  But my 3rd grader and I loved the performance--she plays a string instrument and also loves the Fame TV series, so it was cool to watch the Debbie Allen dancers and everything else.  I was surprised to see this kind of performance on the Grammys.[/quote]
