The Hunter Mill representative on the school board has always allowed their priorities to be dictate primarily by what Reston and the Town of Vienna want.

That was the case in 2008, when Stu Gibson got neighborhoods moved into South Lakes. That was the case earlier this year, when Meren went along with the Town of Vienna‘s objections to anyone in the TOV getting moved out of Madison into Marshall (and other boundary changes that left Marshall weaker). And it will be the case later this year, when Meren objects to moving Fox Mill to Skyview.

The difference is that Meren  probably will get outvoted and Fox Mill will get moved anyway.  All she is probably doing now is laying a foundation for a noisy dissent.[/quote]
