Aside from the top nationally ranked teams. I would say RL Q3/4 players are usually equal to NL subs. So that’s where the battle will happen for current subs.

The ECNL and GA Aug-Dec starters will come to new teams and battle for or take those starting spots.

Players will shift

ECNL player playing all game goes to playing half a game or slightly more than half

ECNL starter to ECNL sub/GA starter

Actually, few current ECNL subs will get demoted -- not right away, at least. That's where the big rosters come in. There'll be too much parent pressure and clubs will use lack of playing time to force people out. Who knows, maybe some will raise their game and stay and the newcomers will go. [/quote]

100% no one is getting cut by a club. 
They will fill up the roster to 30 and players will self cut as the pecking order is established.[/quote]
