Could the girls have left at any time? They were offered money and agreed to engage in prostitution. I knew better when I was 12 and 13. I knew what a prostitute was when I was 13. I had a job and was very independent at age 14, so I am having a hard time understanding why these teens felt so trapped and victimized.
