You can’t coerce anyone but children.  The grown  adults commit it willingly or they’re gay for pay and it happens in Hwood too.  I don’t know why Brad Pitt was living with a rich older man when he first entered Hwood unless he had a sugar daddy.

All this comment tells me is that you’re a nobody who has never been around anyone powerful. In a way, I envy you. Assuming you’re the typical DCUM mom, there are people who can proposition and grope you in front of a room full of witnesses and if make a stink, every single person in the room will either develop amnesia or “remember” that YOU propositioned that person. There are people who are vindictive and powerful enough to assign people to do nothing but monitor you for ways to screw with you for saying no. They’ll get you framed and fired for “cause” from your job and frozen out of your industry. They’ll lean on anyone outside your industry who hires you to fire you and play dirty tricks to destroy any business you start. They’ll get your property taxes reassessed drastically upward, have police follow you around stopping and ticketing you, hack your email and phone to misuse anything damaging they can find, get your identity stolen, and on and on. And they can do it to your spouse, children, and extended family too. You think you have loyal friends and family? Just wait until they realize all of their bad luck is caused by knowing you. You’ll have no one.

By the time the powerbroker you offended is done making you cry uncle, you’ll be seeking them out and BEGGING to blow them just to make the pain end. More likely, you’ll never say no in the first place because you’ll know people they have done these things too, and you’ll be absolutely terrified to end up like them.
