Can’t imagine that the highest division clocking in at that level would or should raise eyebrows. That’s around 3 hours per pay period. For contrast, EPA is limiting situational telework to 24 hours in every two consecutive pay periods, which would be 15% (12 hours) for one pay period. I don’t think that this should be the SEC’s approach, since there are obviously downsides to a strict limit, but it seems there is room to go up.[/quote]
