I rather loathe the interior of 1335 Emerald. So it's possible that the interior of 1344 would be less off-putting, at least for me. But it's never a good sign when the listing has no photos and leads with "fresh paint" as a notable renovation. The sellers of 1344 must know that 1335 has been on the market so long, so maybe they think they know something we don't. It has an open house tomorrow; maybe I'll drop by to see what it's like inside.[/quote]
