These unrenovated Emerald Street houses have become interesting case studies in this crazy market, because it's showing that buyers still have their limits. If that other one is *still* on the market, what makes them think they're gonna get $100k more for something that sounds to be similar condition and doesn't even have photos attached? These Emerald Streeet houses are more or less exactly the same layout on the inside. It's not like this latest listing has a wine cellar or something.[/quote]
