It is all just so wrong on so many levels-the CEO's 1st insulting non-statement.. the email he sent to the employees afterwards saying he was behind them on pulling out this disruptive customer.

Not sure if this is true, but supposedly they were assigned to work in Louisville, but live in Chicago because they prefer it, and basically "commute" to Louisville for work.   I've seen this as conjecture, do not know if it is true.  [/quote]
