I am sure a bunch of Bethesda hating parents posting here. You are one of them. FYI, no Bethesda girls coaches are posting DCUM. That's absolutely ridiculous. Also, Bethesda has not been able to complete many games due to Montgomery County's excessive restrictions. Hard to make playoffs when you can't play games.

The 06s just tied the previous ECNL National Champions over weekend. Perhaps if Bethesda was in the Mid-Atlantic Conference, all of its teams would make it...I'm sure the 06 VDA team would agree. Loudoun 08s recently lost to Bethesda 08s at Jeff Cup. Mclean 08s are even worse. Toss up between Bethesda and Mclean 07s. The 05s are better than McLean. 04s would not make the playoffs if in Mid Atlantic. Nobody cares about Composite.

McLean 06 and 05 beat Bethesda the last time they played.

McLean 04 and 03 destroyed (like almost double digits) Bethesda this year.

Bethesda has always had strong players.  There is 65 pages discussing what the problem is at Bethesda.

Put in perspective, the Women's game generates a pittance the revenue the men's side is worth. Nobody cares about the women's game at the highest levels and you think they care about your little Bethesda team?

Put your kid in a good spot, have fun and hopefully she gets recruited but otherwise nobody outside of ECNL gives a crap about who won the ECNL Championship. And even then the only ones that care were about 4 teams. This obsession with a "National" caliber team is laughable. [/quote]
