Umm.. We don't think like that dude.  Don't have to.  The "Massa" mindset may be ingrained in your psyche so all you can think of is "who is my master?".  We don't.  Our operating assumption is that everyone else is, at best, equal to us.  That's why, we end up gaining the upper hand whereever we go (without stealing or violence BTW).  Even in places where some of us were taken as slaves (e.g. Africa, carribean, etc.).  In one generation in the US, we pretty much run Silicon Valley.  It's all in the head brother.
