I'm not sure where you are getting this from.  Please provide a link.  If you are referring to IQ, the test, which is not foolproof and is biased in favor of those with an education, then you may be correct.  If you are referring to actual intelligence, you are wrong.  Intelligence is equally distributed across all races.  It's possible that the tails of the peak is slightly higher for a tested population but not in any significant way.

If your true intent is actually helping Black children, I'd refrain from repeating what you just said.  Most people assume IQ is a true representation of raw intelligence when it is not and false statements like these are of zero help.

mm.. Doesn't work like that.  The baseline assumption is that every group has similar distribution of intelligence because there are extremely smart and extremely stupid people in all groups.  You are proposing that's not the case and hence my request for evidence.  [/quote]
