Let's get this straight once and for all. WSVA Development will bring losses initially because WSVA parents and players can see the decisions the coaching staff was making that were not in the best interests of a winning record. I think the painful part is that you know that somehow your clubs win at all costs attitude isn't as successful against WSVA as you'd like... I can hear your coaches yelling at/for your players - joy-sticking them. Be honest, you can hear it too, but haven't owned up to the effect it has on individual player development vs team success.

If you really are rooting for the success of WSVA by helping suggesting ways that WSVA can follow every other team's philosophies, does it appear anyone is interested? You all can't even own up to the recruit vs develop argument that happens at your winning record clubs.[/quote]

LOL.  First, that's no reason to mount pages and pages of vocal attack.  Second, disadvantages with respect to previous pipeine (aka none), new club, and uneven talent have all been acknowledged by WSVA parents.  Finally, what in the hell do you care about the development if you aren't a WSVA family and have no intention of joining.

Bottom line: the best way to justify your decision is to pump your own club and not tear down another.   For any parents who aren't satisfied with the development they see at WSVA, there are many other area options.   That said, the parents I've spoken with are happy with what they are getting and were not happy about the rumors of disbanding.[/quote]
