Some people mean to vote but procrastinate and never get around to it. "Low-information" or not, every vote counts the same. This is very very basic campaign 101. That Trump's campaign can't be bothered to have a ground game makes me wonder exactly how he planned on winning. Rallies are nothingburgers. Only recorded votes matter.[/quote]
