You have to catch it when the concrete is wet, but the crew isn't still there, and there aren't any grownups around. In a new development, it's often the case that no one lives in the neighborhood yet. But if you spend a lot of time on sidewalks in residential areas, in pretty much any city in the country, you will see initials or the like. [/quote]
