White cop didn't want to be yet another "one of those cops" so he came up with this sad and weird response. You have to admit that this story sure does says fabricated. I meant to shoot the intellectually disabled guy with a truck? Really? Sorry, I've seen too many of these cases. I don't know if the officer concocted this or the Police Chief but someone made up this story.[/quote]
