20:18 I admire your ability to make the move. I'm 19:46, and I'm thinking I'll get diagnostic tests from SG, see what they say, and if they aren't going to try something different, then I'll transfer with Abassi. The only thing is, we don't have the money or emotional fortitude to do another retrieval. We have 2 embryos from the past cycles left, 1 pgs rated and one not. I'm scared they're not our best options since they're the last ones... But we gotta give them a chance. The thought of going through all of the prep work just to have it fall again really scared me... But what other choice do we have.
20:18 here -- yes, it is easier for me because I've never had actual treatment, only diagnostic testing with SG and now additionally with CFA. So I don't have to deal with transferring embryos and such. And we're pretty sure that financially we will only have a couple of tries and they will be with Abbasi. If that doesn't work out we are done. We are fortunate to have one child already so are not willing to incur debt to have another. The calculus might be different otherwise. We have enough money for ART or adoption, not both; and only enough for maybe 2-3 IUIs and perhaps 2 to 3 IVFs -- and that's it. So it's an easier decision for us. I sympathize with those for whom it is harder. Infertility is a real mindf***.
