And you shouldn't be allowed to sell it privately to any fuck who walks in off the street without a background check. This is COMMON FUCKING SENSE, and saves lives. No one wants to take your guns. But we want to make sure you aren't too god damned stupid to handle it, and be able to hold you accountable if it falls into the wrong hands for any reason other than theft.
