I posted this before: I have lived in an affluent area with a family homeless shelter very close by schools and where we lived. Yes, agreed, no issues.  But, if this is a male only shelter, then no, I wouldn't be ok with it at all.[/quote]
Men and women, across from a liquor store in an highly residential area, very few commercial entities. Also, traffic is already horrendous in this intersection.

PP here.   As I said if it's families, it's fine. If not, then no.

 The neighborhood with the 1.2 to $2 million homes is literally across the main road from us. It also goes to show your ignorance of the area as sometimes there's a wide disparity in the prices of homes in different neighborhoods. Most out From out-of-state are not aware of this fact.[/quote]
