Alas, a lot of the reasons why Bowser is not providing such needs (forgot amenities!) is to enable devlopers to evade zoning rules (and bust up neighborhoods that have fought off such efforts to date).

Yes, there would be plenty of folks fighting but Bowser's team prioritizing paybacks to campaign contributors over the health and welfare of homeless families has brought us to today. [/quote]
